I believe good housing policy starts by listening to the communities it affects, recognizing that different people have different needs, and ensuring those voices help shape the decisions we make. 

Every dollar taken from residents should have to earn its place.

A strong local economy should work for the people who live here first. That means supporting local businesses, protecting commercial space, and making smart investments that create jobs, strengthen municipal finances, and help pay for the infrastructure and services residents rely on.

Good decisions come from questioning ideas, not following people without assessing ideas. That's the standard I'll bring to council. Do you want a council what tows the line, or one that votes according to their electorate.

 When opportunities arise, council should be prepared to make informed decisions, not delay projects unnecessarily. By working collaboratively, asking the right questions, and acting decisively, we can secure investments that benefit Bowen Island and deliver real results for residents.
