Without Water, Nothing Else Matters.

Water is the single most important issue facing Bowen Island. Every decision we make about housing, growth, infrastructure, and our future depends on getting it right.

We don't need another decade of talking about the problem. We need to finish the projects we've started, learn from the ones that fell short, and start planning for the Bowen we'll have 25 years from now—not the Bowen we had 25 years ago.

Water security isn't just about building infrastructure. It's about protecting our watersheds, reducing leaks, investing where it matters most, and making decisions based on evidence instead of assumptions.

If something isn't working, I'll ask why.  If the answers don't make sense, I will work to get one that does. I will not allow years of unsatisfactory explanations to obscure why progress on key infrastructure projects become stalled and no tangible fixes tabled. 

Accountability isn't about blaming previous councils, staff, or contractors. It's about learning from our mistakes so we don't repeat them.

Sometimes we need solutions, not systems.
